During the continuation of the 149th meeting, the Committee considered 40 amendments submitted to: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax (two), Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Corporate Profit Tax (two), Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Insurance (one), Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Takeover of Joint Stock Companies (one), Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees (seven) and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law (32).

After the representative of the Government expressed his attitude on submitted amendments, the Committee noted that the following had become integral part of the Proposal for the Law

- two amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Veljko Zarubica, Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović, submitted to the  Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax;

- amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Veljko Zarubica, Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović, submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Insurance;

- amendment 2 submitted by MPs: Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law;

- amendment 3, 7 and 9 submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Ms Snežana Jonica, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Radosav Nišavić, Ms Danijela Marković, Mr Darko Šarančić and Ms Jelisava Kalezić to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law.

Representative of the Government accepted the said amendments.

The Committee supported the following:

- amendment 1 submitted by MPs: Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law;

- amendment 1 and 2 submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Filip Vuković to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees.

The Committee did not support the following:

- amendment 1 and 2 submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanovićand Zoran Jelić to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax;

- amendment submitted by MPs  Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Takeover of Joint Stock Companies;

- amendment 1 and 3 submitted by MPs: Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law;

- amendment 1 and 2 of MP Mr Izet Bralić, submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law;

- amendments 1, 4 , 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Ms Snežana Jonica, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Radosav Nišavić, Ms Danijela Marković, Mr Darko Šarančić and Ms Jelisava Kalezić to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law.

MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović informed the Committee on withdrawing from the procedure amendments 2, 13, 18 and 26, submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law.

Due to absence of MP Mr Srđan Milić did not vote on five amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees.
