At today’s 154th meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered the Proposal for a Decision on accepting the Joint-stock Agreement between the State of Montenegro and the A2A S.p.A. In line with Article 67 of the Rules of Procedure of Montenegro, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Financial System and the Minister of Economy attended the meeting, in capacity of representatives of the proposer. They pointed out that adoption of the Decision on accepting the Joint-stock Agreement between the State of Montenegro and the A2A S.p.A. was aimed, inter alia, at providing conditions for building II block of Thermal Power Plant Pljevlja. After they expressed opinions and positions during the discussion, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the said Proposal for a Decision.
The Committee considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Conversion of Loans in Swiss Francs CHF into Euros EUR, submitted by MP Mr Nebojša Medojević. Bearing in mind that proposer of the law is at the same time the proposer of amendments, the Committee noted that they have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
