At its 155th meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered the amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Accounting and the Proposal for the Law on Auditing.

With regard to the amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Accounting: MP Mr Rešad Sijarić has notified the Committee that he was abandoning the amendments; MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević has accepted the suggestion of the proposer of the law to change the amendment in such a manner to submit two amendments instead of one; while the Committee, following the vote, did not support the amendment by MP Mr Zoran Miljanić and amendments 1 through 5 by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.      

Furthermore, following the vote, the Committee did not support the amendments 1 through 5 by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Auditing.

The Committee was informed on the Report on the Use of Financial Resources of the Parliament and Parliamentary Service, for the period 1 January - 30 June 2016, with the Report on Public Procurement
