At today’s 159th meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, submitted by a group of (31) MPs.
Following the discussion, the said proposal for the law was not supported by the necessary majority of the Committee.
Furthermore, the Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries submitted by MPs: Mr Džavid Šabović, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Rifat Rastoder, Mr Izet Bralić and Ms Draginja Vuksanović. With regard to the said item of the agenda, in accordance with Article 67 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro.
Following the discussion, the said proposal for the law was not supported by the necessary majority of the Committee.
Pursuant to Article 76 paragraph 3 of the Law on Central Bank of Montenegro, the Committee provided consent to election of internationally recognised independent external auditor of financial reports of the Central Bank of Montenegro for 2016.
