At the continuation of the 31st meeting, members of the Committee on European Integration completed a discussion on the Report on the course of European Integration of Montenegro for the period January - June 2014.
MPs agreed that a report was mainly of technical character, and that it should contain information on fulfilling obligations from the Montenegro Accession Programme to the EU for the period 2014-2018 as well as assessment of the Ministry on problems occurring during the process in the first half of the year, and a reference by the European Commission on fulfilling obligations in chapters 23 and 24.
Taking into account these views, along with proposing certain technical corrections, to which the Ambassador Pejović in the first part of the meeting agreed,, members of the Committee unanimously supported the Report, and the Committee proposed to the Parliament to accept thereof.
