At their meeting held today, the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms considered and unanimously adopted four reports with conclusions on the occasion of information considered at the 21st meeting, such as the following:
- Information on implementation of the National Action Plan for Children for the period 2013-2017;
- Information on implementation of the Strategy for System of Social and Child Protection in Montenegro for the period 2013-2017;
- Information on exercising the rights of the children with regard to inclusion of children into the education system, especially children with disabilities, in focus of the capacity of institutions competent for exercising of these rights;
- Information on activities so far with regard to the Action Plan for adapting the facilities in public use for access, movement and use for persons with diminished mobility for 2014.
The Committee unanimously adopted the Information on participation of the Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms Mr Halil Duković, MD, and the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, PhD, at the ceremonious meeting on the occasion of marking the International Day of Human Rights, held on 10 December 2013.
At their meeting held today, the Committee summarised the performance results in 2013. Additionally, the Committee members adopted the minutes from the 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd meetings of the Committee, held in December 2013.
