The Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, at continuation of the 25th meeting held today, as the umbrella Committee, considered amendments (4), which were submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Identity Card by MP Borislav Banović.
The meeting of the Committee was attended by the representative of the proponent MP Neven Gošović, representative of the Government of Montenegro – Ministry of the Interior, Director of the Directorate for Administrative and Internal Affairs, and submitter of the amendment MP Borislav Banović.
Submitter of the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Identity Card, MP Borislav Banović explained four amendments.
Following the explanation of the reason why the amendments I, II, III i IV were unacceptable for representatives of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law, as well as the explanation of the representative of the Government, Ministry of the Interior, Director of the Directorate for Administrative and Internal Affairs who agreed with the representative of the proponent, the MP Borislav Banović withdrew his four amendments.
