Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro Halil Duković PhD will participate in the Meeting of Chairpersons of Committees Specialized in Fundamental Rights, which will be held in Rome on 13 and 14 October 2014. The meeting will be held in the framework of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The meeting will have four sessions on the following topics: Strengthening the fundamental rights in order to combat exclusion, Protection of personal data and new rights in the digital age, Towards a truly European common asylum and migration policy and New means of combating discrimination.

The meeting will be opened by the President of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Italy, Laura Boldrini, and the President of the Senate, Pietro Grasso.
