Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, at today held 41st meeting, considered the Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015, in part relating to consumer units: Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro within the Program: Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms; Ministry of Human and Minority Rights within the Program: Administration, Exercising human rights, Achieving gender equality, Improving the RAE population, European integration and exercising minority rights; Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare within the Program: Institute for Social and Child Protection; Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information; Fund for Protection and Exercising of Minority Rights; Centre for Development and Preservation of Culture of Minorities of Montenegro and the National councils.
Representatives of consumer units expressed dissatisfaction with the funds planned in the Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015.
Based on the Decision of the Parliament of Montenegro of 9 December 2014, the dismissal of a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms MP Milutin Đukanović and the election of MP Zoran Miljanić as the member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedomswas notedat the meeting of the Committee.
