The Committee decided, following the discussion, to draw up the 2013 Report on consideration of the Information on international legal proceedings against Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights with the Proposal for Conclusions.

Members of the Committee expressed their opinion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Assembly, the discussion on which was completed at the 42^nd meeting of the Committee, on 19 Decembar 2014. Because the outcome of the vote (three votes "for" and three "against"), the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms has no proposal to send to the Parliament in relation to this Proposal for the Law.
