After the discussion, the Committee, with the majority of votes, endoresed the 2014 Status Report on Personal Data Protection and on Access to Information, and will suggest to the Parliament a number of conclusions in this regard.
Members of the Committee unanimously adopted the Information on participation of the Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, Mr Halil Duković and the Deputy Chairwoman of the Committee, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, on the Panel discussion on the topic of "Ethics of MPs: from standard to practice", held on 17 April 2015 in Podgorica and the Information from the meeting with representatives of the NGO Federation of Associations of Parents of Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities "Our Initiative", held on 24 April 2015 in Podgorica.
In addition, with the approval of members of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, in accordance with responsibilities defined by the Code of Ethics for MPs, a form of solemn declaration was determined, which will be submitted to heads of all MPs Groups in the Parliament of Montenegro, for the purpose ofsigning by members of the Parliament, for the creation of formal conditions to start applying the Code of Ethics for MPs.
