At today’s 59th  meeting, the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms has considered the Proposal for the 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro, in the part relating to consumer units: Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro; Ministry for Human and Minority Rights  within the programmes: Administration,  Human Rights, Achieving Gender Equality, Improving the Position of RAE Population, European Integration and  Minority Rights, European Integration Department, Programming and Implementation of the EU Funds; Institute for Social and Child Welfare; Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information; Fund for Protection and Exercising of Minority Rights; Centre for Preservation and Development of Culture of Minorities of Montenegro and  National Councils.
