Chairperson of the Committee Mr Halil Duković has stressed that the Committee considered the Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, and therefore it is obliged to deal with the Institution and its work.

After the discussion the Committee has supported with a majority of votes the Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, while the proposal for conclusion which will be send to the Parliament are to be determined at the next meeting.

Due to the lack of quorum, the vote on the 2015 Report on Development and Protection of Rights of Minorities and Other Minority Communities has been delayed for some of the next meetings.
