Twelfth Meeting of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held

Committee on International Relations and Emigrants of the Parliament of Montenegro gave a positive opinion on the Proposal for appointment of the Ambassador Mr Milan Begović

At the twelfth meeting held today, members of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants of the Parliament of Montenegro considered Proposal for appointing Mr Milan Begović for the position of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Romania on residential basis and to the Republic of Moldova on non residential basis as well. Candidate for the ambassador position Mr Milan Begović informed Committee members on planned objectives and activities during the forthcoming mandate in the concerned countries. Committee members agreed that the candidate had good personal and professional characteristics, expressing assurance that he would successfully perform function of residential and non-residential ambassador in the proposed countries. Members of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants supported proposed candidature and, with majority of votes cast of the present MPs, gave a positive opinion on Mr Milan Begović for the position of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Montenegro to Romania and Moldova, thus the Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants will inform the President of Montenegro on that. At today’s meeting, the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants adopted minutes from the previous Committee meetings as well as conclusions from the Third meeting of the Committees on Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia, held in Belgrade, on 5 July.
