Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held its 55th meeting, during which five proposals for laws were supported, namely: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Safety and Health in Construction Convention, No. 167 of the International Labour Organisation; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, No. 187 of the International Labour Organisation; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Establishing the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol between Montenegro and Republic of Slovakia together with the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Socialist Republic of Czechoslovakia on Regulation of Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters of 20 January 1964.
The majority of the present members of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants assessed with regard to initiative by MP Mr Koča Pavlović for holding control hearings on the problem of emigration of citizens from the north of Montenegro that this issue should be discussed by other relevant bodies of the Parliament of Montenegro, in addition to the position of the Committee that a parliamentary debate on this issue should be opened.
