At its 21^st meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration voted on the Report of the Committee with Proposals for Conclusions on the occasion of consideration of the 2012 Annual Performance Report of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro on the State Prosecutor's Office.

The Committee supported by a majority of votes the Report of the Committee with Proposals for Conclusions on the occasion of consideration of the 2012 Annual Performance Report of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro on the State Prosecutor's Office as well as Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Documents, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro..

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Awards, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MP Emilo Labudović, was not supported by required majority.

Vote on amendments (9) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code was postponed for the next Committee meeting.
