Upon the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code, the Committee unanimously supported the following amendments: (1) by the MPs Srđan Milić, Aleksandar Damjanović, and Snežana Jonica; amendment (1) by the MPs Srđan Milić, Neven Gošović, Snežana Jonica, and Velizar Kaluđerović; amendment (1) by the MPs Džavid Šabović, Draginja Vuksanović, and Izet Bralić, as well as a rephrased amendment (1) by the MPs Srđan Milić, and Snežana Jonica.
The Committee did not support the following amendments by a majority of votes: (4) by the MP Snežana Jonica, as well as the amendment (1) by the MP Draginja Vuksanović, to the said Proposal for the Law.
Regarding the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Documents, the Committee did not support the amendments (2) by MP Snežana Jonica by a majority of votes.
Regarding the Proposal for the Law on Amnesty of Persons Convicted of Criminal Offences Prescribed by Montenegrin Legislation and Persons Convicted by Foreign Criminal Judgements Executed in Montenegro, the Committee unanimously supported the amendments (2 and 3) submitted by Government of Montenegro, as well as the amendment of the Committee to the proposed text of the law.
Additionally, the Committee supported the amendments (1 and 4) submitted by the Government of Montenegro, with which the representative of the proponent of the law did not agree.
The Committee, by a majority of votes, did not support the amendment (1) by the MPs Azra Jasavić and Goran Tuponja to the submitted Proposal for the Law. The Committee did not vote on the amendment (1) by the MPs Dritan Abazović MA, and Mladen Bojanić, due to the absence of the submitters of the amendment.
The Committee unanimously made a Decision for Holding of a Consultative Hearing on Providing Independence of Councils and Local Authorities for Misdemeanours through Implementation of the Legal Framework, in part relating to Appointments and Dismissal from Duty of a Judge for Misdemeanours, which will be held at the joint meeting with the Anti-Corruption Committee.
