By a majority of votes, the Committee supported Proposal for the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MP Andrija Popović.

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MP Goran Danilović on behalf of MP Group Democratic Front and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National and Other Holidays submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro were not supported by requested majority.

The Committee also confirmed the fulfilment of conditions prescribed by the Public Notice, thus a list of candidates for the election of four members of the Judicial Council among respectable jurists was established. Additionally, fulfilment of conditions prescribed by the Open Vacancy Advertisement was stated, hence a list of candidates for the election of four members of Prosecutorial Council among respectable jurists was established

During the meeting, dates of consultative hearings of candidates for election of four members of Judicial Council among respectable jurists, four members of Prosecutorial Council among respectable jurists as well as proposed candidate for the election of the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro were determined.
