Following the vote, the Committee selected four members of the Judicial Council among the respectable jurists and proposed them to the Parliament for further procedure.

In accordance with Article 40 and Article 69 paragraphs 1 and 2, the Chairperson of the Committee proposed to put to vote the Proposal for the election of the Supreme Public Prosecutor of Montenegro, submitted by the Prosecutorial Council. The majority of the members of the Committee decided that they should not vote on this Proposal.  

In the second round of votes, the Committee voted on the three candidates for the election of four members of the Judicial Council among the respectable jurists.
