At its 75th meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered 25 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs.
The Government of Montenegro, as proposer of the Law, submitted nine amendments which became an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law. Representative of the proposer accepted the amendment by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović.
By a majority of votes, the Committee supported the amendments 1, 2 and 7 by MPs: Mr Milan Knežević, Mr Vladislav Bojović and Mr Predlag Bulatović; amendment 1 by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Darko Pajović, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić; as well as amendments 1 and 4 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica.
Amendments 3, 4, 5 and 6 by MPs Mr Milan Knežević, Mr Vladislav Bojović and Mr Predlag Bulatović, and amendments 2 and 3 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica did not obtain the necessary majority.
MPs Mr Emilo Labudović and Mr Veljko Vasiljević and MPs Mr Radovan Obradović and Ms Marta Šćepanović withdrew the amendments they submitted.
