At today's continuation of the 76th and 77th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration supported, by a majority of votes, the following: Proposal for the Law on Courts, Proposal for the Law on the Judicial Council and the Rights and Duties of Judges, Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro and Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office.
The Committee decided to submit four Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Courts and those have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. In addition, the Committee submitted 15 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Judicial Council and the Rights and Duties of Judges, and they have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee submitted 4 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, which have also become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
With regard to the Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office, the Committee submitted 20 Amendments, which have also become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
Voting on the Proposal for the Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office has been postponed for some of the following meetings.
