At the 88th meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration that was held today, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Prosecution Office and the Porposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code, submitted by members Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović, were considered and unanimously endorsed.
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Peace and Order, submitted by the Government of Montenegro, did not obtain majority required.
Voting on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, submitted by members Mr Andrija Mandić, Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Milan Knežević and Mr Janko Vučinić, was posponed for some of the next meetings of the Committee.
Consideration of the Porposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, submitted by members Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica, was also posponed for some of the next meetings of the Committee.
