At today’s 100th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered 8 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Peace and Order. The following were supported by the necessary majority: amendment 2 by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić; amendment (1) by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Džavid Šabović and amandment 4 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica. Amendment 1 by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić was not supported by the necessary majority, nor amendments 1, 2, 3 and 5 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica.
The Committee did not state its opinion on amendment (1) by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević and amendment (1) by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu due to absence of the submitters of the amendments.
The Committee also considered 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Proceeding. Amendments (3) by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić were not supported by the necessary majority. The Committee did not state its opinion on amendment (1) by MP Mr Neven Gošović and amendment (1) by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović due to absence of the submitters of the amendments.
At today’s meeting, the Committee also considered the Proposal for the Decision on Establishment of the Committee on Monitoring Application of Laws and Other Regulations Important for Building Trust in the Election Process, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MP Ms Draginja Vuksanović as well as amendments (2) by MPs Mr Milutin Đukanović and Mr Emila Labudović to the Proposal for the Decision.
Following the vote, the Committee unanimously supported the submitted Proposal for the Decision, while amendments (2) by MPs Mr Milutin Đukanović and Mr Emilo Labudović were not supported by the necessary majority.
