The meeting was held with a view to sharing experiences and information relating to the issue of media structure in Montenegro and thus the manner for improvement and promotion of the state of affairs in this field. On that occasion, the participants agreed that progress in this field could be achieved through regional cooperation, continuous education of young journalists, and strengthening of regulatory bodies.    

In addition to that, it was pointed out that, through its oversight and control role, the Committee would organise a consultative debate within which a comprehensive analysis of the state of affairs in this field would be carried out, and the most efficient solutions would be proposed.
