At today’s 115th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered and supported by a majority of votes the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić. The Committee also considered three amendments to this Proposal for the Law, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica, which did not obtain the necessary majority.  The representative of the proposer did not agree on these amendments.

Furthermore, at today’s meeting the Committee also considered the 2015 Performance Report of the Prosecutorial Council and Public Prosecution Office, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro.  The Committee will vote on the said report subsequently.
