At the continuation of its 129th meeting, the Committee considered 29 amendments, namely 17 to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Media and 9 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Broadcasting Services of Montenegro.

The Committee unanimously supported amendments 7 and 13 to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Media by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić.

Submitters of amendments MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić rephrased amendments 4, 8, and 9, which the Committee unanimously supported and proposed to the Parliament to accept them. 

With a majority of votes the Committee did not support amendments 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić, while the submitter of amendments withdrew amendment 1.

With a majority of votes the Committee did not support amendments 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 to the Proposal for the Law on Public Broadcasting Services of Montenegro by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić, while the submitter of amendments withdrew amendment 4. The Committee unanimously decided to submit an amendment (1) to this Proposal for the Law, and the representative of the proposer agreed with it.
