At today’s 47^th meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, held in the Parliament Building of the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Private International Law – submitted by MP Zorica Kovačević – was considered.

At today’s meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held a consultative hearing of candidates that meet the legal requirements to be elected as the Supreme Public Prosecutor of Montenegro.

Chairperson of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration Mr Rifat Rastoder participated in the Conference.

The Conference will be held on 6 and 7 March. in the organisation of the Council of Europe, on the topic: “Indicators for independence of regulatory bodies in the field of media”

The Committee supported three proposals for laws

Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Territorial Organisation considered

Consultative hearing based on the repeated Public Notice for the election of four members of the Judicial Council among the respectable jurists was held. 

At their forty-third meeting that ended today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered the Proposal for the Law on Voter Register, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the MPs Goran Danilović, Neven Gošović and Azra Jasavić, and the amendments (34) to the Proposal for the Law on Voter Register.
