Three proposals for the law considered 

At today’s unified (61st and 62nd) meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held a consultative discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Administrative Procedure with scientific and professional consultants, representatives of government and NGOs.  

At today's 60th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered 2013 Performance Report of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro on the State Prosecutor's Office, which was submitted by the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro, as well as 2013 Performance Report on the Work of the Prosecutorial Council, submitted by the Prosecutorial Council. 

At its 59th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held a consultative hearing of candidates from the list of candidates that meet the legal requirements for the election of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro.

At its today started 57th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration established the following agenda:
