The constructive dialogue emphasized the fact that there were no open issues between the two countries and the satisfaction was expressed that in the field of education and science platforms for future cooperation were being formalized.
Priorities of continuous improvement of efforts to raise the level of expertise were pointed out, the recognition of degrees on the principle of quality, raising of standard of all types of education, starting from early to higher education. Student exchange and cooperation via research projects were identified as development opportunities at the regional level. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the mutual clear standpoint on depoliticisation of education and the tendency of deepening the traditionally good relations.
The meeting was attended by Mr Halil Duković, Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, Mr Miodrag Vuković, Chairman of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants and Mr Srđan Sentić, chargé d'affaires of the Republic of Kosovo to Montenegro.
