The Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports considered and positively voted on:
- Proposal for the Law on Youth, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Vocational Qualifications, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro.
The Committee also considered and proposed to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
The Committee also adopted the 2015 Performance Report of the Committee Education, Science, Culture and Sports, as well as the 2016 Work Plan of the Committee Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
In addition to the Committee members and representatives of proposer for laws, the meetings were also attended by Mr Lazar Šuković, Student Ombudsman of the University of Montenegro and representative of the Faculty of Architecture at the Student Parliament; Ms Tamara Čirgić, Programme Manager at the NGO “Forum Youth and Informal Education“ (Forum MNE);Ms Marina Vujačić, Executive Director of the Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro.
