Chair of the Gender Equality Committee Ms Nada Drobnjak and Deputy Chair Mr Goran Tuponja will participate in the work of the Regional Conference Coalition for Equality STEP, which will take place on 3 June 2014 in Podgorica, in the organization of the Center for Civic Education.

STEP is a coalition of NGO from Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo, organized with the aim to fight against discrimination at the regional level.

Chair and Deputy Chair of the Gender Equality Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro will speak within the panel “Women and the politics – how to reach gender balance in political decision making”, where achievements and challenges in the field of representation and participation of women in political decision making would be presented.
