At their 24^th meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered the amendments to the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Plant Protection Products, Proposal for the Law on Responsibility for Environmental Damage, and Proposal for the Law on National Parks.

The Committee decided to submit amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, relating to the amount of temporary residence fee and allocation of funds collected from the temporary residence fee. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted the amendments of the Committee.

Amendment of the MP Andrija Popović and the amendment of the MPs Mladen Bojanić, Srđan Perić, Goran Tuponja and Dritan Abazović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee did not receive the necessary majority at the Committee. Representative of the proposer of the law did not accept the said amendments. The MP Ljerka Dragičević withdrew her amendment.

The proposer of the law accepted the modified amendment submitted by the MPs Predrag Sekulić and Zorica Kovačević to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Plant Protection Products.

Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Responsibility for Environmental Damage, submitted by the MPs Srđan Perić, Mladen Bojanić and Goran Tuponja, did not receive the necessary majority at the Committee. Representative of the proposer of the law did not accept the said amendment.

The proposer of the law accepted the modified amendment to the Proposal for the Law on National Parks, submitted by the MPs Dritan Abazovic and Srđan Perić.

The Committee did not consider amendments (two) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, submitted by the MPs Srđan Milić and Snežana Jonica, and the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on National Parks, submitted by the MPsGenci Nimanbegu and Nik Gjeloshaj, because the proposes did not attend the meeting.
