At today’s meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning unanimously decided to submit two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National Parks. Amendment 1 relates to technical corrections of provisions determining borders of the National Park “Skadar Lake”, while amendment 2 specifies that the National Park “Prokletije” is located in the territories of municipalities Plav and Gusinje, in accordance with amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro. The representative of the proposer of the Law accepted the amendments of the Committee.

The Committee did not vote on amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee submitted by the MPs Srđan Milić and Snežana Jonica, since the representative of proposers of the amendment withdrew the proposed amendment.
