At the meeting held today, members of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism, submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević (11) and MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Obrad Gojković (one).
MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević withdrew amendments 1, 4, 5 and 9. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted modified amendments 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 and they would become integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee supported amendments 10 and 11 of MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević, and suggested them to the Parliament for adoption. Representative of the proposer of the law did not accept amendments 10 and 11.
The Committee supported the amendment of MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Obrad Gojković, and suggested it to the Parliament for adoption. Representative of the proposer of the law did not accept the specified amendment.
Following the discussion on amendments, the Committee decided to ask the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism for the Information on building lease of the coastal zone at the site of the Queen's Beach (Kraljičina plaža), between Budva and Bar.
