At today held 30th meeting, Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered the Proposal for the Decision on the adoption of Special Purpose Spatial Plan of the National Park „Lovćen“ and amendment submitted to this act by MP Borislav Banović. After the statements of the Committee, Proposal for the Decision did not obtain the required majority. Amendment of the MP Banović was accepted by the representative of the government accepted and it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Decision.
At the meeting held today, it was discussed about 10 amendments to the Proposal for the Law amending the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction. The representative of the Government accepted the modified amendment submitted by MPs Veljko Vasiljević and Branka Bošnjak, 5 amendments of MPs Srđan Milić and Snežana Jonica and 4 amendments of MPs Predrag Sekulić, Branko Čavor and Zorica Kovačević.
The Committee did not consider the amendment submitted by MPs Saša Pešić and Marta Šćepanović because proponents did not attend the meeting.
The Committee considered two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Transport of Hazardous Substances submitted by MP Branka Bošnjak. The Committee supported the amendment 1, and the amendment 2 did not obtain the required majority. The representative of the Government did not accept the amendments of MP Bošniak.
The Committee supported and proposed to the Parliament to accept the amendment, total of 11, to the Proposal for the Law amending the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development submitted by MPs: Neven Gošović and Obrad Gojković (two), Branka Bošnjak (one), Srđan Milić, Neven Gošović, Danko Šarančić and Obrad Gojkovioć (five) and Neven Gošović and Velizar Kaluđerović (three). The representative of the Government did not accept any of the amendments submitted.
