Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning held its 33rd meeting today, where amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Organisations and the Proposal for the Law on Olive Production were considered.
Amendments (four), submitted by MP Ljerka Dragičević to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Organisations, were considered as one amendment, sincethey referred tothe samearticleof the Proposal for the Law. Representative of the proposer endorsed themodifiedamendment submittedby MP Dragičević.
Committee considered three amendments submitted by MP Andrija Popović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Organisations, and decided to propose the adoption of the amendment 1 by the Parliament. Committee did not endorse amendments 2 and 3. Representative of the proposer did not endorse amendments submitted by MP Popović.
After deciding of the Committee, amendment submitted by MP Goran Tuponja to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Organisations did not obtain majority of votes required, nor did the representative of the proposer endorse it.
Committee did not consider the amendment submitted by MPs Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Organisations, pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
Amendments (five) to the Proposal for the Law on Olive Production, submitted by MPs Predrag Sekulić, Branko Čavor, Slobodan Radović and Zorica Kovačević, the representative of the proposer did endorse and they have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
