The Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning held its 34th meeting, where it considered the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Olive Growing.
The Committee considered nine amendments submitted by the MPs: Mr Goran Tuponja, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić. Amendment 1 was accepted by the representative of the proposer of the Law and it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. MP Goran Tuponja abandoned amendments 4 and 5, and the Committee did not support amendments 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
The amendment submitted by the MPs Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Suljo Mustafić and Ms Ljerka Dragičević was accepted in modified form by the proposer of the Law and it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee also considered seven amendments submitted by MPs Mr Suljo Mustafić and Mr Genci Nimanbegu (seven). Following the voting of the Committee, amendments 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 did not obtain the necessary majority of votes, and the proposer of the Law did not accept them. Submitters of amendments abandoned amendment 3.
The Committee did not consider amendments (six) of the MP Mr Dritan Abazović, pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law submitted by the Committee, pursuant to Article 148 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure, and relating to the meaning of certain terms in the Law, was accepted by the representative of the proposer of the Law and it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
