Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning held today 35th meeting where it discussed and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Protection.
When considering the Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives, it was pointed out that the spirit and purpose of this Proposal are contained in need of enlarging farms and voluntary subcontractors, and that the minimum restrictions envisaged by the Proposal are motivated purely with the environmental protection.
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Protection respects recommendations of the project on improving the business environment. The proposal would eliminate the problems observed in practice and provide further harmonization with the EU regulations.
The Committee decided to accept the invitation of the Productive Activity, Trade and Environment Committee of the Albanian Parliament to hold a joint meeting in Shkoder on 5 December, aimed at promoting bilateral cooperation between the parliamentary committees of the two countries and fostering parliamentary oversight in the field of environmental protection.
