Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its 46th meeting

Amendments to several proposals for laws considered

Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning held its 46th meeting today, and considered amendments to the following:

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tobacco,

- Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives,

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Yachts

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution and

- Proposal for the Law on Air Protection.

The Committee considered one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Tobacco, submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Nikola Gegaj. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted the amendment, which became the integral part of the Proposal for the Law, not to be voted separately by the Parliament (Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro).

The Committee considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives, submitted by MPs: Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Mladen Bojanić. The amendment obtained the majority of votes required and the Committee proposed its adoption to the Parliament. The Committee did not consider two amendments submitted by Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja, pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro. MPs Ms Maida Bešlić, Mr Šefkija Murić, Mr Nikola Gegaj, Mr Radovan Obradović and Mr Jasmin Sutović, due to the substantialconformity with the amendmentsubmitted by MPs Mr Abazović and Mr Bojanić, decided to abandon the proposed amendment. The Commitee also considered eight amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives by MP Mr Neven Gošović. After voting of the members of the Committee, amendments I,II,V,VI and VII did not obtain majority of votes, and the proposer of the law accepted the amendments III, IV and VIII.

The Committee considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Yachts, submitted by MPs Mr Milan knežević (18) and three amendments submitted by MPs Mr Obrad Gojković and Mr Neven Gošović. After voting of the members of the Committee, amendments submitted by MP Mr Knežević did not obtain majority of votes. Amendments I and III, submitted by MPs Mr Obrad Gojković and Mr Neven Gošović, were accepted by the proposer of the law and they became the integral part of the Proposal for the Law. The amendment II did not obtain majoriy of votes required at the meeting of the Committee. 

Amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution were considered. The amendment submitted by MP Mr Danko Šarančić was accepted by the proposer and it became the integral part of the Proposal for the Law. MPs Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković abandoned the proposed amendment. The amendment submitted by MPs Mr Darko Pajović, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić, was not considered pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.

One amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Protection, submitted by MPs Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković, was accepted by the proposer of the law, and it became the integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
