At its 49th meeting which began today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Flammable Liquids and Gases, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Veterinary Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Animal Welfare, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Marine Fisheries and Mariculture, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Game and Hunting, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Forests, and Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Flammable Liquids and Gases, submitted by Ms Ljiljana Đurašković and Mr Strahinja Bulajić, was accepted by the proposer of the law, thus making it an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on it separately.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Veterinary Law submitted by Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović, and Ms Marta Šćepanović, was accepted by the proposer of the law, thus making it an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on it separately.
Three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Animal Welfare, which were submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović, were accepted by the proposer of the law, with a minor correction of the amendment 1, thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on them separately.
Three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Marine Fisheries and Mariculture, submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Slobodan-Krušo Radović, Ms Marta Šćepanović, and Mr Radovan Obradović, were accepted by the proposer of the law, thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on them separately.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Game and Hunting submitted by MP Mr Almer Kalač, was accepted by the proposer of the law, thus making it an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on it separately. Two amendments submitted by MP Mr Goran Tuponja were not accepted by the proposer of the law, and they did not obtain the necessary majority of votes of the Committee.
Two amendments by MP Mr Almer Kalač to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Forests were accepted by the proposer of the law, thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on them separately.
The Committee considered 79 amendments, out of 92 which were submitted in total, to the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property and decided to vote on them in continuation of the meeting, which was scheduled today at 16:00.
