At its 56th meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the following: Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, and a set of laws being harmonised with the Law on Administrative Procedure, such as: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment,  Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution of the Environment, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection from Ionising Radiation and Radiation Safety, and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Accountability for Environmental Damage.

The proposer of the law (Government of Montenegro) and MPs - members of the Committee announced that they would submit amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures.
