Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning today held 59th meeting, during which it considered amendments to several proposals for laws being on the agenda of the Sixth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016. The following was considered:
one amendment to the Proposal for the Nature Protection Law and one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Biocidal Products, submitted by the Government of Montenegro, a submitter of the Proposal for the Law. The Committee has accepted the submitted amendments and, in line with the Rules of Procedure, they become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, therefore, the Parliament shall not vote on them separately.
The Committee decided to submit one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Rafting Law, which was accepted by the proposer of the Law.
Additionally, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Law on Amendments to the Law on designations of origin, geographical indications and indications of traditional specialities guaranteed for agricultural and food products, by which the positive law is harmonised with provisions of the Law on Administrative Procedure.
