The Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning today has held its 60th meeting, where it considered amendments to the two proposals for laws which were on the agenda of the Tenth Ordinary Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016.
Out of ten amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Regional Water Supply, the proposer of the law accepted amendments 1, 2, 8, 9, and 10, and did not accept amendments 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Following the explanatory statement, the representative of the proposer of amendments, MP Mr Predrag Sekulić, Chairperson of the Committee, had abandoned the amendments which were not accepted.
Representative of the proposer of amendments MP Mr Radovan Obradović presented an explanatory statement for amendments 1-6 and 6-10 to the Proposal for the Law on Communal Services. The representative of the proposer of the law did not accept them, and the reasons for rejection were explained. The amendments of the Government were also announced. Following the explanation, the representative of the submitters of amendments abandoned the submitted amendments.
The Committee postponed the consideration of one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Legalisation of Informal Structures, bearing in mind the announcement of the representative of the proposer of the law that several amendments were anticipated to that Proposal.
