Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning today held the 61st meeting, during which it considered amendments to several proposals for laws being on the agenda of the Tenth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016.

The Committee supported and voted in favour of nine amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Regional Water Supply, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.

The Committee supported and voted in favour of amendments (62) to the Proposal for the Law on Regional Water Supply, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.

The Committee supported and voted in favour of amendments (27) to the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures. In addition, the Committee considered amendments submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Marta Šćepanović (one) and Mr Almer Kalač (one).

The representative of proposer accepted amendment (one) by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Marta Šćepanović.

MP Mr Almer Kalač explained the submitted amendment, and the Committee discussed thereof, while the representative of prosper did not accept it.
