Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning today held the 63rd meeting, during which it considered amendments to several proposals for laws being on the agenda of the Tenth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016.
The Committee considered six amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Communal Services, submitted by MPs Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted amendments which have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament would not decide thereof separately.
The Committee considered amendments (two) to the Law on Regional Water Supply of Montenegrin Coast Region, submitted by MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Danko Šarančić, which were not accepted by the proposer of the law, and after the vote, they were not supported by the requested majority.
The Committee considered amendments (two) to the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, submitted by MP Mr Emilo Labudović, which were not accepted by the proposer of the law, and after the vote, they were not supported by the requested majority.
