The Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning today has held its 64th meeting, where it has considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures which has been on the agenda of the Tenth Ordinary Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016.
The Committee has considered ten amendments submitted by the following MPs: Mr Goran Tuponja and Ms Zorica Martinović (nine), and Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Branko Čavor, and Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović (one).
The representative of the proposer of the law has accepted amendments 2 through 9 and amendment 1 with the modified wording submitted by MPs Mr Goran Tuponja and Ms Zorica Martinović. Furthermore, it has also accepted the amendment by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Branko Čavor, and Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović (one).
Thus the amendments were made an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament would not be voting on them separately.
