1. PROPOSAL FOR THE LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON EMPLOYMENT AND EXERCISING RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE, submitted by the MPs Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica.   

The introductory address on the Proposal for the Law was given by the representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law, MP Neven Gošović.

Apart from the members of the Committee, the meeting was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Ms Arijana Nikolić-Vučinić, Director of the Directorate for Labour Market and Employment and Ms Slavica Vučurović, Advisor to the Minister.

The members of the Committee supported the proposal by the Chairperson of the Committee Mr Zoran Jelić to postpone the voting on the Proposal for the Law in order for the Ministry of Finance to state its position on the funds necessary for implementation of this Proposal.

The meeting was adjourned and will continue after the reception of the opinion by the Ministry of Finance, when the members of the Committee would vote on the Proposal for the Law.
