In addition to Committee members, MP Neven Gošović also attended the meeting, as representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Labour Fund.

The meeting was also attended by Mr Kemal Đečević, Director of the Labour Fund and Mr Slobodan Filipović, Director of Directorate for Labour in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

Following the introductory statements of the representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law on Labour Fund and discussion held, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare did not support the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Labour Fund and proposed to the Parliament not to adopt thereof.

MP Andrija Popović, member of the Committee, was elected rapporteur of the Committee.
