In addition to the Committee members, the meeting was also attended by the following: Mr Predrag Bošković, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare; Ms Bojana Martinović, Head of Cabinet of Minister of Labour and Social Welfare; Mr Jovo Pajović, Director of Directorate for Pension and Disability Insurance, Veteran and Disability Protection; Mr Dušan Perović, Director of Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro, and Mr Lazar Knežević, representative of disabled workers from the North. 

In accordance with Article 55 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee meeting was attended by the MP Emilo Labudović.

It was concluded at the meeting that, in accordance with the letter addressed by the professional service of the Committee, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare submitted the requested Information on implementation of the conclusion adopted at the Committee meeting, held in Bijelo Polje on 30 March 2014.

The submitted Information contained the data that 23 people with disabilities of II and III disability category from municipalities of Bijelo Polje, Mojkovac and Rožaje submitted the request, or proposal, for exercising their right to disability pension with the local offices of Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro where they had been last insured. This relates to 23 disabled workers whose amount of pension payment, in case of determining total loss of ability to work, would be greater than 158.73€, or the lowest amount of temporary compensation payable to people with disabilities by Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.    

The submitted Information of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare also contained the data that in the past month seven disabled workers, who were users of temporary compensation by Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, had gained their right to old-age pension, while one disabled worker gained the right to disability pension.   

The requested Information was also submitted by Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro. The Information contained the data that 23 people with disabilities of II and III disability category from municipalities of Bijelo Polje, Mojkovac and Rožaje submitted the request for exercising their right to disability pension with the local offices of Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro where they had been last insured. 

Pension and Disability Insurance Fund also submitted the data that, in March 2014, Fund paid out temporary compensation for 1026 users, or seven less than in February 2014. In the period from 21.02.2014 to 01.04.2014, six users of temporary compensation gained the right to old-age pension, while one user gained the right to disability pension.  

Representative of disabled workers from the North Mr Lazar Knežević expressed satisfaction regarding his cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund with regard to implementation of agreements and conclusions adopted at the Committee meeting held in Bijelo Polje regarding the strike of disabled workers from the North of Montenegro.
