Agenda for today’s 47th meeting of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare included the following:
1. The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MP Mr Srđan Perić;
2. The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Mr Neven Gošović, Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
3. Review of the letter of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fond regarding payment and control of taxes, contributions and other levies imposed by the State of Montenegro;
4. Review of the Information on effects and results of the work of the Administration for Inspection Affairs on combating labor market shadow economy in 2013 and 2014 (January and February);
5. Consideration of amendments (three) submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić and amendments (two), submitted by MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović.
Apart from the members of the Committee, the meeting was attended by: MP Mr Srđan Perić, in the capacity as the proposer of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, Ms Rada Marković, representative of the Administration for Inspection Affairs, Mr Slobodan Filipović, Director of the Labour Directorate in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Ms Tijana Prelević, Head for labour relations in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr Dušan Perović, Director of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund and Mr Jovo Pajović, Director of the Directorate for Pension and Disability Insurance, Veteran and Disability Protection in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
Within the first agenda item members of the Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MP Mr Srđan Perić.
Following the introductory speech of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, MP Mr Srđan Perić and the discussion that was led, the Committee supported, with majority of votes, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law and suggested it to the Parliament for adoption.
Within the second agenda item, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Mr Neven Gošović, Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, was considered.
Following the introductory speech of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law, MP Mr Neven Gošović and the discussion that was led, the required majority of MPs’ votes was not obtained for the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, and the Committee, so the Committee suggested to the Parliament not to adopt it.
Following the review of the letter of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fond, members of the Committee stated that the information was precise, that it contained the required data and it would be forwarded to the Party of United Pensioners and Disabled of Montenegro.
The meeting also covered the Information on effects and results of the work of the Administration for Inspection Affairs on combating labor market shadow economy in 2013 and 2014 (January and February). It was stated that this information contained the required data as well. The Committee will forward this Information to the Party of United Pensioners and Disabled of Montenegro as well.
Within the fifth agenda item, members of the Committee considered amendments (three) submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić and amendments (two) submitted by MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović. MP Mr Janko Vučinić submitted amendments (three) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law.
Explanation of amendments was given by MP Mr Janko Vučinić in the capacity as the proposer.
The representative of the Government stated not to accept proposed amendments.
The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare did not accept proposed amendments as well and suggested the Parliament to reject them.
Mps Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović submitted amendments (two) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law.
Explanation of amendments was given by MP Mr Neven Gošović in the capacity as the proposer.
The representative of the Government stated not to accept proposed amendments.
The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare did not accept proposed amendments as well and suggested the Parliament to reject them.
